What will your job look like?
- Hands-on experience in handling and implementing GenAI use cases across the development lifecycle.
- Expertise in designing and developing Databricks Jobs for data ingestion, preparation, and learning pipelines.
- Ability to partner closely with project stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support in critical decision-making.
- Extensive exposure to working with various LLMs such as LLaMA, GPT, and other large‑scale transformer models.
- Responsible for end‑to‑end development and implementation of GenAI use cases in live production environments, based on business and user requirements.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands‑on experience in Deep Learning Engineering, with strong exposure to MLOps practices.
- Strong expertise in NLP / LLMs, including text processing and fine‑tuning large language models.
- Proficient in PySpark, Databricks, and Python programming.
- Experience building backend data-processing applications using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Skilled in model deployment and building APIs using FastAPI and Flask.
- Practical experience working with GPUs for training and inference workloads.
- Working knowledge of vector databases such as Milvus, Azure Cognitive Search, Qdrant, etc.
- Experience with Transformers and using Hugging Face models such as LLaMA, Mixtral, and various embedding models.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization/orchestration tools.
- Cloud experience with Azure, including working with VMs and Azure Storage.
