About The Opportunity
We are an HR solutions firm serving analytics-driven enterprises across Technology, FinTech, E‑commerce and Consumer Internet sectors in India. We recruit and place Data Science talent to build production ML systems, improve customer experiences, and drive data-led business decisions.
Primary Title: Data Scientist (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and validate predictive models and ML pipelines for customer, product, or operations use-cases.
- Feature-engineer datasets, run experiments, and iterate on models to improve accuracy, robustness, and business KPIs.
- Productionize models: containerize, implement CI/CD, and collaborate with engineering to deploy reliable APIs or batch jobs.
- Instrument monitoring and alerting for model performance, data drift and inference quality; implement retraining strategies.
- Perform large-scale data processing and ETL using SQL and distributed processing when required; ensure data quality and lineage.
- Partner with product, analytics and stakeholders to translate business problems into measurable ML solutions and communicate results.

- TensorFlow or PyTorch
- AWS (S3, SageMaker) or GCP (BigQuery, AI Platform)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ML solutions in production (on-site role across India).
