Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Data Scientist role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Data Scientist will work with large, complex datasets to build predictive models, perform exploratory analysis, and generate actionable business insights. Daily responsibilities include cleaning and transforming data, designing and validating statistical and machine learning models, and presenting findings through clear visualizations and reports. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define problem statements, evaluate model performance, and integrate analytical solutions into existing workflows and products. The Data Scientist is expected to stay current with industry best practices and contribute to the improvement of data processes, tools, and standards.
Strong foundation in recommendation algorithms (Collaborative Filtering, ContentBased, Graph Neural Networks). o Familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing) for parsing corporate registries, job titles, and company descriptions. • Data Infrastructure: Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
