Job Title : Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced and driven Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building advanced machine learning models, delivering actionable insights, and leading end-to-end data science initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to production deployment
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices
- Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows
- Present insights and model outcomes to leadership teams
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Python / R
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Predictive Analytics
- Experience with libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Solid understanding of feature engineering, model tuning, and evaluation techniques
- Experience working with large-scale datasets
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts
