Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract insights and identify trends.
- Design and build predictive models, recommendation systems, and data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with data engineering and product teams to deploy scalable ML models into production.
- Perform data pre processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical reports.
- Continuously improve model performance and monitor production models.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience working with SQL and large datasets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python visualization libraries.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
