Overview
As a Senior Data Scientist at NCG, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights within the BFSI sector. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and improve model performance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Have a Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Possess strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, along with experience in SQL.
- Demonstrate proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
