Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing both primary and secondary research initiatives to gain insights into customer behavior and market dynamics across key APAC regions
• Perform quantitative analysis by combining various data sources, including internal performance metrics and external market data, to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making
• Create, manage, and enhance data frameworks, dashboards, and visual reports to monitor the effectiveness of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across APAC
• Collaborate closely with global and regional marketing stakeholders to address business requirements and provide data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in business analytics or data science, ideally within a marketing-focused environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science; an MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution is a plus
• Strong knowledge of data handling, statistical methodologies, and research practices
• Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Google Analytics, Sprout, or similar platforms
• Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable conclusions
• Proven ability to design structured processes and systems in uncertain or evolving environments, ensuring data accessibility and usability
• Capability to convert data findings into clear insights and strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent command over written and spoken English
• Prior experience working with an OEM or within the entertainment industry will be considered an advantage
• Keen interest in domains such as technology, entertainment, film/TV, audio, music, or gaming is desirable.
