Required Skills:
- 3+ years in AI/ML, with meaningful experience in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration (MCP, A2A). A degree in CS or a related field is expected, an advanced degree is a plus, but hands-on experience matters most.
- Strong Python skills and real-world experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and NLP.
- Cloud-native fluency - you've built and deployed scalable applications on Azure and/or AWS using PaaS/IaaS services.
- Full-stack awareness - enough comfort with Angular, React, Node.js, or Streamlit (plus SQL/NoSQL) to build and prototype end-to-end.
- Working knowledge of the modern toolchain - CI/CD, GitHub Actions, DevSecOps, SonarQube, and Agile ways of working.
- Clear communication - you can explain a model's value to a product owner and its architecture to an engineer, with equal confidence.
