About The Role
We are seeking talented and motivated Data Scientists (AI/ML Developers) to join our Mumbai team across various experience levels. This role primarily focuses on credit and fraud risk analytics within the retail banking segment. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that enhance decision-making processes for our clients. Your work will directly influence how financial institutions assess creditworthiness, detect fraudulent activities, and improve operational efficiencies. Qualifications

Candidates should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of BFSI domain challenges, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications or training in AI/ML techniques.
