Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver AI/ML solutions with focus on model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Build and optimize machine learning models including feature engineering, algorithm selection, and hyperparameter tuning
- Manage end-to-end ML lifecycle on Vertex AI for production systems
- Design and build AI agents capable of autonomous task execution using LLMs and tool integrations
- Use Google ADK (Agent Development Kit) to develop and deploy AI agents on Vertex AI
- Work with Agent Engine runtime for deploying and managing agent workflows
- Support deployment of AI/ML services using Google Cloud Run (CloudRUN) where applicable
- Ensure production readiness of models through validation, monitoring, and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into AI/ML solutions
- Continuously improve model performance and system scalability
Skills Required:
- 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML development or data science roles
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model development, and evaluation techniques
- Hands-on experience with Vertex AI (Google Cloud AI platform)
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle including data preparation, training, validation, and deployment
- Experience in building production-grade ML models and pipelines
- Understanding of AI agents and agent-based system design
- Exposure to LLM-based solutions and GenAI concepts (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services (preferred)
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred, though not explicitly stated)
- Experience working in cloud-based ML environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
