Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to lead and deliver end-to-end AI & Analytics programs. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, team leadership skills, and the ability to engage with clients to solve complex business challenges using advanced analytics and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop & deploy ML solutions using Python, R, SQL, NoSQL & Spark Build scalable analytics solutions on AWS, Azure & GCP Develop predictive models (Regression, Random Forest, SVM, Neural Networks, K-Means, PCA, etc.) Work with Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, BERT Apply statistical techniques & hypothesis testing for data-driven insights Lead end-to-end AI programs with ownership of delivery & timelines Manage client stakeholders & drive structured project governance Mentor & guide data science teams Support pre-sales & technology roadmap planning
Desired Skills: Strong ML expertise (structured & unstructured data) Experience with distributed computing & large-scale data processing Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Proven leadership experience in analytics projects
