📌 Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our Data & Automation team. The ideal candidate will leverage data to generate insights, build predictive models, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities📊 Data Analysis & Modeling
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Build and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver insights
🗄️ Data Processing & Management
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets
- Work with databases/data warehouses for efficient data handling
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency
🤖 Algorithm Development
- Design and optimize algorithms for predictive modeling and data mining
- Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and industry trends
📈 Communication & Visualization
- Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
⚙️ Model Evaluation & Optimization
- Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics
- Continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency
🎯 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Analytics
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with databases and large datasets
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field
- Experience with Tableau / Power BI
- Hands-on experience with Recommendation Systems
- Knowledge of AWS / Azure / Cloud platforms
- Exposure to NLP or Deep Learning techniques
