Role Description The Data Science Trainer will design and deliver training programs that introduce and deepen learners’ understanding of data science, statistics, and data analytics concepts. This full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh, India involves preparing structured curricula, creating training materials, and conducting classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on projects. The Trainer will guide learners in using analytical tools, interpreting data, and applying methods to real-world digital marketing and business scenarios. Daily responsibilities include assessing learner progress, providing feedback, updating course content to reflect current industry practices, and collaborating with internal teams to align training with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Data Science and Data Analytics skills for developing and delivering effective training content.
- Candidates should possess solid Statistics and Data Analysis skills to explain concepts clearly and guide practical application.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex information and design problem-solving exercises.
- Experience with common data tools and languages (such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization platforms) is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training in technical subjects is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills are required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, India and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Note: Job Role is for Punjab Location (Phagwara) and 2 hrs per day (Mon-Fri)
