Role Description The Data Science Trainer will design and deliver classroom-based training programs in Data Science, Machine Learning, and related AI topics to learners at various skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, creating and updating curriculum content, delivering interactive lectures and lab sessions, and guiding learners through hands-on projects and assignments. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide feedback, mentor participants on career paths, and collaborate with the academic team to keep content aligned with current industry practices and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in core Data Science concepts, including statistics, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, Jupyter, common ML libraries) and real-world project implementation.
- Ability to design and deliver structured training programs, including curriculum planning, lesson development, and practical exercises.
- Effective communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills, with a learner-centered teaching approach.
- Experience mentoring or teaching students or professionals, preferably in a technical or analytics domain.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry trends in AI and Data Science and willingness to continuously update skills and teaching content.
- Ability to work collaboratively with training, content, and product teams and adapt to diverse learner backgrounds.
