Hiring | Principal Data Scientist (IC Leadership Role)
We are looking for a Principal Data Scientist to drive high-impact AI/ML initiatives, shape data strategy, and solve complex business problems at scale.
📍 Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead advanced ML, statistical & Agentic AI solutions
• Own end-to-end model lifecycle (design → deployment)
• Drive experimentation, causal inference & decision science
• Partner with business & product leaders on data strategy
• Mentor teams & define best practices and standards
🔍 Must Have
• Strong expertise in ML, Statistics & Python/SQL
• Experience with production-grade ML systems
• Proven track record of solving complex, high-impact problems
➕ Good to Have
• Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), MLOps, Spark/BigQuery/Snowflake
• Domain expertise in NLP, forecasting, personalization, risk
