Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and intellectually curious Data Scientist with 2+ years of hands

on experience to contribute to the development and deployment of our AI-driven utilities.

This role requires practical experience in building scalable ML/AI systems, working with

LLM pipelines, and implementing advanced data workflows in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered utilities for real-world applications.

• Implement and scale Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain

and LangGraph.

• Build, fine-tune, and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using

vector databases for enterprise-grade retrieval systems.

• Work with structured and unstructured data from sources such as MySQL,

MongoDB, and CRM/Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Integrate AI/ML workflows with internal systems, APIs, and third-party tools.

• Conduct model evaluation, validation, and performance tuning using real-world

datasets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and

business stakeholders to deploy scalable AI solutions.

• Ensure best practices in code quality, version control, and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related roles.

• Strong proficiency in Python for data science, backend development, and

automation.

• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised

learning, model evaluation, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and orchestration tools

like LangChain and LangGraph.

• Experience building and deploying RAG pipelines using vector databases (FAISS,

Chroma, Pinecone, etc.).

• Working knowledge of SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Familiarity with API integrations and scalable system design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot,

Salesforce).

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Understanding of MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
