About The Role
The Data Science Technologist (AI Integration) plays a pivotal role within the Information Technology department at Kauvery Hospital. This position is responsible for developing and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning models that support various operational and clinical decision-making processes. The role involves working closely with hospital data, creating predictive analytics, and building data-driven dashboards to enhance healthcare delivery and administrative efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data science, analytics, and AI, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. Relevant qualifications include BSc Computer Science, BCA, MCA, MSc in Computer Science, or Data Science. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in data science, data analytics, or AI-related roles are preferred. Freshers with strong project exposure in AI and machine learning are also encouraged to apply. Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, data analysis, and visualization tools is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and machine learning models to support clinical, operational, and administrative decision-making processes within the hospital.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and design analytical solutions tailored to their needs.
- Work with hospital data to create predictive analytics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and databases to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries to communicate findings effectively.
- Support automation initiatives by deploying AI algorithms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data science to continuously enhance hospital systems and processes.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in Python and R programming languages for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or Scikit-learn.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, mining, and database management.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data interpretation techniques.
- Familiarity with data mining, data modeling, and ETL processes.
