Job Description

Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands‑on Data Science Manager (Individual Contributor) to design and deliver high‑impact analytics and AI solutions. This role is intended for a deeply technical individual who enjoys working end‑to‑end on complex problems — from data exploration and modeling to deployment using modern AI, cloud, and API‑driven architectures. The role expects to focuses on technical leadership, solution ownership, and close collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions
• Develop AI‑driven applications using modern AI tools, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Work hands‑on with LLMs / GenAI approaches (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, orchestration frameworks) to solve business problems
• Build and integrate models into production systems using APIs and microservices
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable deployments
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well‑structured analytical or AI solutions
• Own the full model lifecycle: data preparation, modeling, validation, deployment, and monitoring
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions around data platforms, ML pipelines, and AI solutions
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, cloud, and data science, and apply them pragmatically
  
  

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field

5–8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles

Strong hands‑on experience with Python and common ML / AI libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Proven experience working with AI/ML APIs and integrating models into applications

Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including model deployment and data processing

Practical experience with LLMs / Generative AI, such as prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or LLM‑based workflows

Strong understanding of software engineering concepts relevant to data science (APIs, versioning, testing, CI/CD basics)

Ability to operate independently and own problem statements end to end
