Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Science Intern who is passionate about working with data, building predictive models, and extracting meaningful insights. This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and real-world problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns
• Build and evaluate basic machine learning models
• Work with Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
• Assist in data visualization and reporting using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Collaborate with team members to solve real-world data problems
• Document workflows, models, and results
Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Python programming
• Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
• Understanding of statistics and probability concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with real-world or academic data science projects
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Basic knowledge of SQL
