About The Role
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about visual storytelling and design, who are eager to develop their skills in a professional environment. The intern will work closely with our marketing and content teams to craft compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Qualifications

Basic proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar software is essential. A strong portfolio or sample work showcasing creative abilities and technical skills is preferred. Candidates should have a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design, along with the ability to create engaging visual content tailored for social media and marketing campaigns. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks within deadlines are crucial. Knowledge of current digital design trends and branding principles will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing creatives for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives to ensure consistent visual messaging.
- Create digital and print assets such as banners, posters, presentations, and infographics that align with brand guidelines.
- Support the marketing and content teams by developing visual content that enhances engagement and brand visibility.
- Edit and optimize images, graphics, and short-form visual assets to meet project specifications and brand standards.
- Develop video thumbnails, reels creatives, and ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
- Maintain consistency in branding elements, including fonts, colors, and visual styles across all platforms and materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and creative concepts.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media aesthetics, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to produce engaging visuals that support strategic objectives.
