Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Bengaluru South. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and courses. Responsibilities include creating effective training materials, implementing technical training programs, providing guidance to learners, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical tools and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in conducting Technical Training and Training & Development
- Proficiency in delivering subject matter and facilitating learning experiences as a Technical Trainer
- Excellent Communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts with clarity
- Ability to monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to improve program design and delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical fields
- Prior experience in delivering training on coding, software development, or other tech-related topics is a plus
- Passion for mentoring and guiding learners to achieve their career goals
- Familiarity with the latest advancements in the tech industry is an added advantage
