Job Title: Data Scientist – LLM / Gen AI
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 6–11 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Python, and SQL, along with hands-on experience in LLM-based applications and Conversational AI systems. The candidate should have experience building real-world AI solutions from concept to deployment.
Key Skills:
- Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, SQL
- Experience with Conversational AI / Dialogue Systems
- Hands-on with LLM use-cases like summarization, insights extraction, or action item generation
- Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) with real-world implementation
- Experience with context-aware retrieval / multi-turn conversations
Good to Have:
- Chatbot / Conversational Assistant development (enterprise use-cases)
- Prompt Engineering with practical applications
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph
- Knowledge of Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB)
- Transcript analysis / conversation analytics
Engineering & Deployment:
- API development using FastAPI / Flask
- Experience in building end-to-end pipelines (data → model → API → output)
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Exposure to real-time systems, latency optimization, logging & monitoring
Bonus Skills:
- Speech-to-Text (ASR)
- Speaker Diarization / Audio Segmentation
- Voice / Call Analytics & Audio Processing Pipelines
