Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Data Science Faculty who will primarily contribute to Shikshart (an EdTech platform backed by Sahind Technologies).
The role involves delivering high-quality training programs, designing curriculum, and mentoring students to build strong foundations in Data Science. The faculty will work closely with internal teams to ensure practical, industry-aligned learning outcomes and continuously improve the learning experience.
This position requires a combination of technical expertise, teaching ability, and hands-on application knowledge in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Data Science concepts including Python, statistics, data analysis, and basic machine learning.
- Ability to design and deliver structured training programs and learning modules.
- Excellent analytical skills to simplify and explain complex concepts effectively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and mentor learners.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter Notebook, SQL, etc.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
