This role targets a Technical Lead (6-8+ years) who bridges the gap between high-level data science and robust AI Engineering. You will move beyond static modeling to architect Agentic AI systems—autonomous workflows that reason, act, and automate complex analytics at scale.
Technical Core
Agentic AI: Designing autonomous agent swarms (LangGraph, CrewAI) that perform multi-step reasoning, tool-use, and self-correcting task execution.
Data Orchestration: Engineering production-grade Python and Apache Airflow DAGs to build the high-throughput pipelines that feed AI agents.
Infrastructure Engineering: Architecting scalable data environments and "Feature Stores" that support both real-time inference and batch training.
Advanced Analytics: Building AI-powered engines that provide predictive insights and trigger automated business actions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Acting as the Tech Lead for the Data Science team, defining standards for MLOps, code quality, and the "AI Roadmap."
Autonomous Workflows: Transitioning traditional analytics into Agentic systems, ensuring models have the "agency" to interact with external tools and databases.
System Architecture: Designing the "Data Backbone" (ETL/ELT) required for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and enterprise-scale LLM deployment.
Mentorship: Elevating the engineering maturity of the data science organization, moving from Jupyter Notebook research to production-ready AI services.
