Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head Trainer who can lead our training division in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and IT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training delivery, curriculum design, and building a high-performing training ecosystem.
Training & Delivery
· Deliver high-quality training sessions in:
· Data Science (Python, Pandas, NumPy, ML basics)
· AI Tools & Automation (ChatGPT, APIs, workflows)
· Data Analytics (Excel, Power BI / Tableau)
· Cyber Security Fundamentals
· IT & Networking basics
· Conduct practical, hands-on sessions with real-world projects
Curriculum Development
· Design and update industry-relevant course content
· Create assignments, case studies, and capstone projects
· Align training with current market demands
Leadership & Management
· Lead and mentor junior trainers
· Standardise training quality across batches
· Monitor student performance and engagement
Student Success & Placement
· Prepare students for job readiness (interviews, projects, portfolio)
· Support placement initiatives and industry connections
· Track student outcomes and improve success rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
· Strong command of Python & Data Science fundamentals
· Knowledge of Machine Learning basics
· Experience with AI tools & automation
· Proficiency in Data Analytics tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau)
· Understanding of Cyber Security & IT fundamentals
Soft Skills:
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strong mentoring and leadership ability
· Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
Experience:
· 2–6+ years in training/industry experience
· Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred
