📌 Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and industry-experienced Data Science / Analytics Trainer who can deliver practical, job-oriented training and mentor students to become industry-ready professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and AI tools, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive classroom and practical training sessions on Data Science & Analytics
- Teach tools and technologies such as:
- Python for Data Analysis
- SQL & Databases
- Excel & Advanced Excel
- Power BI / Tableau
- Machine Learning fundamentals
- Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, AutoML, etc.) into teaching workflows
- Design and guide real-world projects & case studies
- Support students in portfolio development (GitHub, dashboards, case studies)
- Conduct assignments, assessments, and doubt-solving sessions
- Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and resume support
- Track student performance and ensure learning outcomes
- Collaborate with academic team for curriculum updates (industry-aligned)
🧠 Required Skills & Expertise
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Experience with SQL (Joins, Queries, Data Extraction)
- Proficiency in Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts (Regression, Classification, Clustering)
- Familiarity with AI tools & workflows
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication & explanation ability
- Strong mentoring and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to teach in simple, practical, and structured manner
- Student engagement and classroom management skills
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in:
- Data Science / Computer Science / IT / Statistics / Mathematics
- Relevant certifications in Data Science / Analytics (preferred)
💼 Experience Required
- 1–3+ years experience in:
- Data Science / Data Analytics role OR
- Teaching / Training in Data Science
