Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Data Scientist with a focus on marketing analytics. In this role, you will apply data science techniques to analyze customer behavior, optimize marketing campaigns, and build predictive models that drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting statistical analysis, designing data pipelines, interpreting large datasets, and collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions. You will also work on campaign performance analysis, customer segmentation, and contribute to data-driven marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Data Science, including experience with data modeling, machine learning techniques, and predictive analytics
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, especially in marketing or customer-focused datasets
- Solid Analytical Skills and expertise in Statistics to evaluate campaign performance and customer trends
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in SQL and data querying
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
- Understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and performance marketing metrics
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong data visualization skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
Additional Preference
- Candidates proficient in Tamil or from Tamil Nadu are preferred
