Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data & Sample Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and coordinating sample requests, maintaining inventory databases, and ensuring accurate documentation of sample details. Additional tasks include organizing sample shipments, tracking inventory status, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient data handling and sample allocation processes. The Data & Sample Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency in sample distribution and inventory control.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sample Management and Inventory Management to ensure proper handling and tracking of sample stock and data records
- Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills to coordinate tasks effectively, work in a team environment, and maintain clear records
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills to manage storage, quality checks, and handling of samples
- Detail-oriented approach and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or related tools
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Life Sciences, Laboratory Technology, or Supply Chain Management
- Previous experience in sample coordination or inventory management is an advantage
