The role involves project research, builder background verification, pricing analysis, market trend analysis, legal verification support, and preparing strategic reports for sales and investment teams.

* Client presentation decks
* Comparative project sheets
* Track upcoming infrastructure developments including:
* Expressways
* Metro connectivity
* Commercial hubs
* Government development plans
* Support marketing and sales teams with:
* Data-backed insights
* Buyer behavior trends
* Demand analysis
* Lead quality observations
* Research competitor ads, digital campaigns, and pricing strategies
