The Role:
We’re looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join us. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality work by using technology to improve efficiency while meeting client expectations.

- Build and maintain tracking and reporting solutions.
- Track and manage operational metrics to support client and internal decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with reporting standards and client requirements.
- Streamline manual reporting and data-handling processes through automation and continuous improvement.
Stay organized and, where appropriate, use AI tools to complete tasks accurately and on time, while looking for small process improvements to enhance productivity:
- Use established automation tools to improve data reporting accuracy, reduce repetitive tasks, and enhance output quality.
- Apply best practices in data validation, analysis, and visualization to drive consistent and reliable outcomes.
- Actively contribute to system updates and workflow enhancements that increase team efficiency.
Respond promptly to client and team requests, keep reports accurate and up to date, and adapt to changing priorities to ensure smooth service delivery:
- Ensure timely and accurate data input, reporting, and documentation across platforms to meet evolving client and team needs.
- Identify and escalate process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proposing and implementing improvements as appropriate.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain tracking and reporting tools.
- Analyze data – excellent analytical skills using data and established automation tools and techniques to really help drive the business Customer insight.
- Extract, check, and validate datasets.
- Reporting from databases, spreadsheets.
- Build ad hoc report queries to extract and combine business information from multiple sources and interpret as requested.
- Adhere to delivery processes and commitments.
- Assist with continuously improving our service to the client and adding value.
- Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to client service Teams by providing data-driven solutions.
- Understand the process followed by the client service Teams and come up with ideas and improvement opportunities to the data points that are and are not captured.
- Be familiar with contract types and can understand which ones go together.

- Excellent analytical skills + Good data manipulation skills.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query and Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work to deadlines and be flexible with changing business needs within a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of personal motivation, independence, a self-starter, a “Can-do” positive attitude and ability to take responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and must be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and reporting across systems.
- Open-minded problem-solver who is prepared to adopt and test (and support development of) innovative solutions and embraces new technologies, including AI
Desirable
- Advance working knowledge of Excel/VBA a strong plus
- Experience with Sharepoint
- Statistical analysis experience a strong plus
- Experience working in legal environment
Additional Information
As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Center of Excellence and globally at Factor.
