🚀 Hiring: Data & Reporting Analyst (International Client | Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US CST Alignment)
Location: Remote (India)
Compensation: Based on experience

This is a client-facing analytical position where precision, business judgment, and professional communication matter.
This is not a backend MIS role.
We are seeking a sharp, foreign-educated (preferred) Data & Reporting Analyst who can clean complex datasets, identify anomalies, build structured reports, and communicate insights clearly to global stakeholders.

📊 Key Responsibilities
- Clean, validate, and structure raw operational datasets
- Identify inconsistencies, outliers, and anomalies in data
- Proactively question irregular patterns before reporting
- Build structured dashboards and reports using Excel & Power BI
- Translate data into clear business insights
- Draft professional, contextual client-facing emails to accompany reports
- Maintain high accuracy in repetitive, process-driven workflows
- Work independently with minimal supervision
🧠 What We’re Looking For
✔ Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, Data Cleaning)
✔ Strong Power BI dashboarding & reporting experience
✔ Excellent written English (client-ready communication mandatory)
✔ Analytical thinking + structured problem-solving approach
✔ Comfortable working 6 PM – 3 AM IST (US time alignment)
✔ Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
✔ Foreign education strongly preferred
✔ Stable career intent with long-term mindset
