TenderPost is an AI-powered tender intelligence platform helping Indian MSMEs find and win government procurement opportunities. We're an early-stage startup building fast — small team, real product, real paying customers.
Role Description
- Manually test the onboarding flow, GSTIN verification, subscription/payment flows, and WhatsApp alert delivery — break things before our customers do
- Review AI-matched tender results against actual tender listings and flag bad matches, missing data, or formatting issues
- Spot-check scraped tender data for garbage entries, duplicates, or normalization errors before they go live
- Log bugs clearly (repro steps, screenshots, severity) so we can fix fast
- Suggest UX friction points you hit as a first-time user — you're our proxy for a confused MSME owner
What we need
- Obsessively detail-oriented — you notice when something's slightly off
- Comfortable using tools like Notion/Google Sheets/Slack (we'll set you up with what you need)
- Basic understanding of how SaaS products work (you don't need to code, but you shouldn't be scared of a dashboard)
- Reliable and communicative — this is remote/flexible
- Bonus: any exposure to government tenders, GeM marketplace, GST/compliance, or B2B SaaS
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline — we care more about how you think than what you studied
- Prior experience testing apps/websites, reporting bugs, or doing any kind of quality-checking work (formal or informal — even beta-testing apps for fun counts)
- Comfortable navigating web/mobile products and spotting when something feels broken, confusing, or inconsistent
- Basic spreadsheet proficiency (Google Sheets/Excel) for logging and tracking issues
- Strong written communication — you can describe a bug clearly enough that someone who didn't see it can reproduce it
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and proactively flag issues rather than waiting to be asked
