Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Data Privacy Specialist to join our team in Pune City. In this on-site role, you will oversee and manage privacy compliance initiatives, including the development and implementation of privacy policies and practices. Responsibilities include analyzing privacy regulations, conducting data privacy impact assessments, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to data privacy standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and facilitate compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Privacy Regulations and Privacy Compliance
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining Privacy Policies
- Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and address data privacy-related concerns
- In-depth understanding of Data Privacy principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and ability to educate teams on privacy standards
- Experience with privacy management tools and practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CIPT, or CIPM are highly desirable
