This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between various systems and data models. The position demands active engagement in coordinating efforts across teams to support the overall data platform strategy and architecture, fostering a unified and efficient data environment.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize data platform performance and scalability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data platform architectures.
- Expertise in database management, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools to support system interoperability.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data platform issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Experience working in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
