Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Operations & Lead Generation Executive who will support our business development and outreach activities through structured data management, research, and prospect identification.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with online research, and confident in making professional calls in English.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of company databases, spreadsheets, and contact records.
• Organizing, updating, and validating large datasets of corporate contacts and potential clients.
• Conducting outbound calls to companies to introduce company services.
• Maintaining records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the database.
• Performing web research to identify companies, manufacturers, brands, and potential partners.
• Crawling company websites, directories, and online platforms to collect relevant business information.
• Extracting and compiling data from online sources through manual research or data scraping tools.
• Preparing structured lists of companies, decision-makers, and contact details for business outreach.
• Supporting the business development team with lead generation and prospect identification.
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of collected data.
• Assisting with market research and industry mapping to identify new opportunities.
• Managing and organizing large volumes of research data efficiently.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
· Experience in data entry, web research, or lead generation is preferred.
· Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
· Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
· Ability to work with large datasets and online research tools.
· High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with LinkedIn research or B2B prospecting.
· Familiarity with web scraping tools or automation tools.
· Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools.
