About the RoleCircle Health is seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Intern to support day-to-day data management and reporting processes. This role is primarily focused on working with structured datasets using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys organizing data, ensuring accuracy, and working extensively with spreadsheets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data entry, cleaning, and management
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy across datasets
- Execute and assist with SQL queries for data extraction and updates
- Maintain and update internal trackers and operational reports (spreadsheet-based)
- Organize and structure large datasets for usability and consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data completeness and reliability
Tools & Technologies- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- SQL
Requirements- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.)
- Foundational knowledge of SQL (SELECT queries; joins are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
