Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Officer / Data Manager specializing in Sustainability & ESG, located in Pune City. The role involves coordinating and managing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data, developing data analytics strategies, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards. Responsibilities also include preparing reports and dashboards, analyzing data trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data management practices and support A2MP's sustainability objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in ESG and sustainability data management, including high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with experience using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in database management, data mining, and data modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams
- Familiarity with the minerals, metals, or natural resources industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
- Experience with programming or data analysis languages like Python, R, or SQL is advantageous
- Ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
