- 1. Core Experience & Expertise (Mandatory)7+ years of experience in Data Modeling / Enterprise Data Architecture
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling
- Deep understanding of:
- Dimensional modeling (Kimball / Inmon)
- Normalization techniques
- Schema design for modern data warehouses
- Proven experience with modern data platforms:
- Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Dremio (or similar)
- Strong SQL expertise with ability to:
- Validate data models
- Collaborate with data engineering teams
- 2. Tools & Technologies (Mandatory)Hands-on experience with enterprise data modeling tools such as:
- Erwin
- ER/Studio
- PowerDesigner
- SQLDBM
- (or equivalent tools)
- 3. Education & Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- or related technical field
- Total experience must not exceed 14 years
- 4. Preferred / Good-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with:
- Data governance
- Metadata management
- Data lineage
- Business glossary tools (Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview)
- Exposure to:
- ETL / Data pipelines (Informatica, DBT, Airflow, etc.)
- Understanding of:
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Reference data management
- Domain experience in:
- High-tech or manufacturing
- Customer, product, or supply chain data models
