8+ years in data modelling experience
Demonstrable experience designing or extending metadata operating models in tolls like Collibra
Expertise with modelling tools and standards: Sparx EA, Hackolade
Proven experience configuring and operationalizing the metadata model within the enterprise metadata management platform (e.g., Collibra)
Knowledge in data governance frameworks
Experience within financial industry (understanding of highly regulated environments)
Strong stakeholder management; proven ability to drive consensus across federated organizations
Excellent documentation and facilitation skills
