We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler to design, develop, and maintain Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models that support business and analytical requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, experience with Data Warehousing, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to define data structures.
- Develop and optimize database schemas, tables, views, and relationships.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and Business Analysts.
- Ensure Data Quality, Data Integrity, and governance standards are followed.
- Support Data Warehouse and reporting initiatives.
- Create and maintain Data Dictionaries, metadata, and technical documentation.
- Perform impact analysis for data model changes and enhancements.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Data Modeling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema and Snowflake Schema).
- Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner.
- Understanding of ETL Processes and data integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
