About the Role:
We are seeking a sharp, detail-driven Data Mining Specialist / Research Analyst to power our sales and business development teams with high-quality, actionable data. The ideal candidate thrives on deep research, loves working with structured data, and has a proven track record in the international IT market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth online research to identify potential leads, target companies, and decision-makers across international markets
- Build, clean, validate, and maintain large-scale contact databases (emails, phone numbers, company profiles, LinkedIn URLs)
- Deliver highly targeted prospect lists tailored to specific industries, geographies, and buyer personas
- Perform competitive intelligence and market research to support sales strategy
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to ensure lead quality and relevance
- Manage and update CRM platforms with accurate, well-organized records
- Track data quality metrics and continuously improve research processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data research, lead generation, or data mining — IT sector experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience working with international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (advanced functions, data formatting, deduplication)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
- Must be based in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula — only local Tricity candidates will be considered
- Must be available to visit our office for in-person interviews
Good to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and outbound marketing processes
- Exposure to GDPR and international data compliance standards
