Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Mining Analyst, based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. In this role, you will search, analyze and interpret complex industry data sets, identify patterns and trends, and present this data to management in easy to understand terms with an aim to quantify and justify your recommendations for a specific business direction and business decisions. Responsibilities include data collection, modeling, cleaning, and visualization, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and improve data-driven solutions. You will also be required to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data mining, data analysis, and statistical modeling
- Strong skills in data visualization tools, database management, and SQL
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Efficient with applications such as MS-Excel, G-Sheets etc , and in the use of algorithms , formulas etc
- Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts is a plus
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Work experience in previous role of developing and operating data mining tools a plus.
