Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our Digital Transformation team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end data migration processes, working with large datasets, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate across teams, support ongoing enhancements, and ensure seamless migration between complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including planning, execution, and validation
• Identify potential risks or issues in migration processes and proactively resolve them
• Develop and implement best practices, standards, and protocols for data migration
• Analyze and evaluate source systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, and NetSuite to define migration strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand data requirements and prepare detailed data mappings
• Design and execute testing procedures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Provide technical support throughout the migration process to ensure smooth execution
• Document migration methodologies, processes, and outcomes for future reference and scalability

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in data migration projects
• Proven experience handling large-scale data sets
• Strong expertise in Snowflake
• In-depth understanding of ETL processes and data deduplication techniques
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and JSON
• Experience working with REST APIs and SOAP services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Salesforce sales processes such as quoting and opportunity management
• Experience working in cross-functional or client-facing environments
