Position: Salesforce Data Migration Specialist
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Noida / Pune / Bangalore / Jaipur
Work Mode: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Salesforce solution design and define the data migration strategy from GCP to Salesforce, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Define data architecture, transformation logic, and integration approaches across hybrid cloud environments (GCP, AWS, D365).
• Establish and enforce data quality, governance, validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
• Oversee ETL pipelines, API integrations, and data flows between GCP and Salesforce while optimizing system efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in data migration, ETL, and cloud integrations, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud preferred).
• Proven experience in migrating data from GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow) to Salesforce.
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Glue) and Microsoft D365.
• Hands-on experience with ETL and integration tools such as Salesforce Data Loader, MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica, or AWS Glue.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, SQL, and scripting using Python or Apex.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks such as GDPR and data lineage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (Data Architecture / Integration Architect) are highly desirable.
