🔍 About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Data Migration Specialist (4 years experience) to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You’ll lead end-to-end data migrations, ensure data accuracy, and work with complex enterprise systems and large datasets.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end data migration planning, execution, and validation
• Migrate and manage large datasets across platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, Snowflake)
• Define data mappings, migration strategies, and testing approaches
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve migration risks and issues
• Document processes and best practices
✅ Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of hands-on data migration experience
• Strong expertise in Snowflake and ETL processes
• Advanced SQL skills; experience with XML & JSON
• REST APIs and SOAP services experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
⭐ Nice to Have
• Salesforce sales process knowledge (quoting, opportunities)
• Client-facing or cross-functional project experience
