About the Role
The SAP Data Migration Lead will be responsible for overseeing the data migration process using SAP Data Services, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the data migration strategy and execution for SAP projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
- Develop and implement data mapping and transformation processes.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with project standards.
- Provide training and support to team members on data migration tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data migration and SAP Data Services.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP Data Services and data migration methodologies.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
- Project management experience.
Pay range and compensation package
The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
