Position Overview

Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated Quality Analyst (Data Migration) with IP background, who is eager to help us attain our continuing growth goals.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain strong working relationships with the internal stakeholders (TC, BC & PM).
• Troubleshoot issues related to Data Migration, IPMS Configuration & Portfolio Onboarding IPMS.
• Conduct Patent / Trademark portfolio audits. Keep abreast of changes to the commercial IP law updates.
• Mapping and updating software databases, and communicating with stakeholders over conference calls, when required.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time with a high standard of quality.
• Evaluate project success and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.
• Keep abreast of client requirement updates.
  
  

Skills/ Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in any field. Post-graduation is preferred.
• 2-3 years of work experience in the field of Intellectual Property (IP).
• Prior Anaqua - AQX knowledge will be preferred.
• Docketing and Portfolio Onboarding experience will be preferred.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office & Project management tools like MS Projects.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
