We’re growing fast and looking for a standout Data Migration expert to join us. This role requires spending extended periods on‑site in Scandinavia, working directly with operators and partners.
If you’ve spent the last 10+ years delivering Telco BSS/OSS migrations, understand the pitfalls and pressures of real‑world programmes, and are ready to lead and design future migration strategies, this is your next move.
At TDMC, you’ll work with our Data Delivery Platform, LEO, and deliver hands‑on migration consulting for major operators as part of a sharp, ambitious team tackling the toughest data challenges in telecoms.
What you’ll bring
- Deep experience in Telco BSS/OSS data migration
- Strong architectural and technical design skills
- Solid SQL capability and understanding of database technologies
- Ability to build robust migration pipelines
- Clear communication — able to articulate technical detail to engineers and translate complexity for management
- Passion for creating scalable, repeatable migration solutions
