Data Manager – BoxFit
📍 Location: New Delhi (Hybrid Option Available)
💼 Type: Full-time
📅 Work Schedule: 6 days a week
💰 Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Manager to own and streamline data across the company.
Your core job: make sure every number that matters is accurate, updated, and actually useful. You’ll work closely with different teams to track performance, identify gaps, and turn raw data into clear insights that drive decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Coordination
- Coordinate with all business verticals (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure timely data entry
- Ensure all required data is consistently updated in Excel / Google Sheets
- Follow up with team leads to maintain data accuracy and completeness
Data Management & Accuracy
- Maintain structured, clean, and error-free datasets
- Create and manage standardized templates and trackers
- Audit data regularly to identify inconsistencies or gaps
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze key business metrics (sales, conversions, attendance, etc.)
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Present insights in a simple, actionable format
Process Improvement
- Build systems and workflows to improve data tracking efficiency
- Automate repetitive reporting where possible
- Suggest improvements based on trends and performance gaps
Accountability & Compliance
- Ensure all teams are updating data on time
- Set reporting timelines and enforce discipline across departments
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data handling / reporting / operations
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, basic analysis)
- Good communication skills (must be comfortable in English)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and able to follow up across teams
- Ability to simplify data into clear insights
Additional Requirements
- Must own a laptop (mandatory for hybrid role)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
