Job Title: Data Management Lead

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MIS Professional with strong expertise in report automation and data visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, automating, and analyzing management reports to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports for management and stakeholders
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Design and develop dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools
- Work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements
- Maintain documentation related to MIS processes and reporting workflows
- Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MIS and reporting
- RCM Industry Mandatory
- Strong experience in report automation
- Hands-on experience with Tabulae
- Proficiency in Power BI (added advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization
- Understanding of business processes and KPIs
- Good communication and presentation skills
